At Vibencia, we value your satisfaction and do our best to ensure every order meets your expectations.
However, if something doesn’t fit quite right, we offer an exchange-only policy as outlined below.


1. Exchange Policy

We accept size exchanges only within 2 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size is unavailable, we may offer store credit instead.


2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstance:

  • Worn, used, or damaged items

  • Items without their original tag or packaging

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, belts, hats, etc.)

  • Sale or discounted items (if specified as final sale)


3. Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 2 days of delivery at

  2. Provide your order number, item name, and new desired size.

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and schedule an exchange pickup via Wakilni (delivery partner).

⚠️ A small delivery fee may apply for pickup and re-delivery of exchanged items.


4. No Cash Refunds

We do not issue cash or card refunds under any circumstance.
Exchanges or store credits are the only available options if your request meets the eligibility conditions above.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
