1. Delivery Partner

All orders are delivered through our trusted logistics partner  Optimum— Lebanon’s leading delivery network.
Optimum ensures your order reaches you securely and on time, anywhere across Lebanon.


2. Delivery Fees

We offer nationwide delivery with a flat $5 USD delivery charge on all orders. 

💡 Delivery fees are applied automatically at checkout.


3. Delivery Time

2-4 business days

Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods.


4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment or order confirmation.

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you promptly to offer alternatives or refunds.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Lebanon via Optimum.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery — couriers may not always carry change.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with delivery details.


7. Failed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Optimum will contact you to reschedule.
After two unsuccessful attempts, your order may be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.


8. International Shipping

At the moment, Vibencia only ships within Lebanon.
We are working on expanding our delivery network soon.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours at
